Achar Masala Oil
1-2 tsp Maywah Foods Achar Masala
1.4 cup avocado oil
Toast Achar Masala on a dry pan at medium heat
Add avocado oil and tasted Achar Masala to a mason jar and shake well
Drizzle over julienned mangoes and bell peppers, flank steak, roasted eggplants or anything of your choice!
Achar Masala oil can be refrigerated for up to a week.
